To best maintain a clean shop, facilitate contact tracing, and to navigate the ongoing bicycle shortage, we are requiring appointments for bike sales and test rides.
Email jrabikes@gmail.com with questions, and to schedule sales or test rides. Let us know what size and style of bike you are looking for, or what kind of riding you'd like to do. If you do not know the size you need, we will best be able to help if you provide us with a measurement of your inseam (in shoes, to the floor). If we have anything available, we'll arrange a test ride appointment. We can frequently accommodate same-day appointments.

Answers to most FAQs:
- We have very few bikes right now due to a worldwide bike shortage. It is very real.
- All of the new bikes we have are on this page. Yes, all of them.
- Availability is limited to stock on hand, and stock on hand is limited.
- We cannot special order bikes at this time.
- We have put in orders for 2021 bikes, and they have started to arrive, and more will be rolling in throughout Winter, but some models are not expected in until next Spring.
- We do not have ETAs on KHS, or Free Agent bikes yet. We're told we should start getting some in the first quarter of 2021. Please standby.
- We have started a waitlist for test rides, and are reserving models for interested parties.
- Please email us to get on a waitlist, or to arrange to test ride a particular model when it comes in.
- A "Coming Soon" status indicates that we have been informed bikes in the model, sizes and colors listed have been allocated to us and are en route.
- Please email us with inquiries about models from KHS, Free Agent, Jamis, Cleary, Strider, Civia, and Surly.
- Bikes are kinda like cars. You go to a Honda dealer to buy a Honda. We sell the brands pictured below!
